  LOVE GOD

We believe that God is the Creator of everything and that He exists eternally in three Persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1-3,26; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22; Deuteronomy 6:4; John1:1-3,14; John 14:16; 15:26; Matthew 3:16-17; Hebrews 1:2-3).

We believe the whole Bible from Genesis to Revelation is inspired by God and without error and is the sole authority for faith, conduct, and doctrine. (2 Timothy 3:15-18; 2 Peter 1:19-21).

We believe in Jesus divinity (John 1:1), virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:35), sinless life (Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22), miracles (Acts 2:22; Acts 10:38), vicarious and substitutionary death on the cross (Isaiah 53:6; 1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21), bodily resurrection (Matthew 28:5-6; Romans 4:24-25; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 20), and that He is coming again just as He promised (Matthew 16:27; 24:26-35: 25:31-32; 26:64; Mark 13:32-37; John 14:3; Acts 1:11; 1 Corinthians 15:17, 20; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; 5:1-4; 2 Peter 3:10-11; 1 John 3:2; Jude 1:14; Revelation 1:7; 16:15; 22:20).

We believe that salvation is God’s free gift, based on the merits of Christ’s death, and is available to anyone who confesses the Lord Jesus with their mouth and believes that God has raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9-10; John 5:24; Romans 5:1; 6:23; 10:9-10; Ephesian 2: 8-10).

We believe that every believer should be growing in their relationship with Jesus by obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and being conformed to the image of

Christ. (Romans 12:2; 8:29; 2 Peter 3:18).

We believe that Christ’s death provides salvation for the whole person spirit, soul and body and that Jesus Christ truly is the same yesterday, today and forever (1 Thessalonians 5:23; Hebrews 8:13). Healing - body, soul, and spirit are provided for in the atonement, but they must be appropriated by faith (Isaiah 53:4-5; 1 Peter 2:24; James 5:14-15).

We believe that Jesus came to give us abundant life (John 10:10) and that God wants His people blessed in every area of their life – Spiritually (John 3:3; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21), Physically (Isaiah 53:4, 5; Matt. 8:17; I Peter 2:24) and Financially (3 John 1:2; Psalm 35:27; Mal. 3:10-11; Luke 6:38; 2 Corinthians 9:6-10; Deuteronomy 8:18; 28:1-14).

We believe that the coming of the Lord, is the blessed hope of the church and that at the final judgment the eternal status of both the saints and the unbelievers will be determined by their relationship to Jesus Christ. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 2 Thessalonians 2:1)

                                                                                                                          LOVE EACH OTHER

We believe that Jesus established His body on earth in the church and that the church is a community that exists for the purpose of declaring the Gospel and demonstrating His love and power. (1 Corinthians 12:12; Colossians 1:18-20; 1 Peter 2:9).

We believe the church is a family and that every believer should be identified with a local body of believers for the purpose of mutual encouragement and spiritual growth, (Ephesians 4:11-16; Hebrews 10:24-25). The primary goals of the Church are to reach the world for Jesus, make disciples and to present the saints complete in Christ. (Mark 16:15; Matthew 28:18-20)

We believe Water Baptism is a declaration to others that a person has believed on Jesus Christ for salvation and is an identification with Jesus in His death, burial and resurrection. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:1-14; Colossians 2:12; Acts 8:36-39; Acts 10:47-48).

We believe that the Baptism and fullness of the Holy Spirit is available to all believers (Matthew 3:11; Luke 11:13; Acts 1:8; 2 :1-4, 38-39; Acts 19: 1-7) and that the Holy Spirit empowers us to be an effective witnesses for Jesus, as well as blessing us with spiritual gifts and fruit (1 Corinthians 12:1-11; 14:1-15; Mark 16:17; Galatians 5:22-23).

We believe in regularly celebrating the Communion/Lord’s Supper and extend an ‘open’ Communion table to any follower of Christ, regardless of church membership (Matthew 26:26-28; 1 Corinthians 11:23-25)

LOVE THE WORLD

We believe that the supreme task of the church and the Great Commission of the Lord is to preach the Gospel to every creature (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Romans 10:13-15). The greatest act of love is sharing the gift of eternal life with others.

We believe we are blessed to be a blessing and that God wants to transform and prosper us, so that we can live blessed lives and finance the spread of the Gospel. (Deuteronomy 8:18).
